Brooks Wright

In addition to his professional achievements, Brooks is an avid golfer, runner, and traveler. He loves exploring new places and meeting new people, which is part of what makes him so passionate about helping his clients.

During one of his visits to Mexico, he acquired a right to use contract in a golf and beach resort where they could enjoy good food, golf, sun, and beach. He realized that members usually overspend their budget when acquiring a property at the resort, which could lead to default and loss of money.

Here at WYO, Brooks and the team have developed a unique solution that benefits both the resort and the purchasing members. They understand that sometimes, people need to trade down to a smaller property, and they're here to help make that happen.

With his extensive experience and dedication to his clients, Brooks is committed to helping people enjoy their timeshares in the way they've always dreamed. When you work with Brooks and the team, you can rest assured that you're in good hands.

Meet Brooks Wright, one of our co-founders. With over 40 years of experience as a CPA and licensed insurance agent in Oklahoma, Brooks understands the challenges that many people face in the timeshare industry. After seeing firsthand the scams and deceptive practices, Brooks co-founded WYO Financial Services to help people take back control of their timeshare contracts.

Brooks is also a dedicated philanthropist, having established the Logan Wright Foundation, Inc. in 2000 to support various causes. He currently serves as the president and chairman of the foundation. Additionally, he has been a board member and treasurer of the Masters in Psychology and Counseling Accreditation Council since 2000.

Co - Founder

Meet D. Benham Kirk, as our Legal Representation of Wyo Financial Services. Ben is not only a skilled attorney with over 35 years of experience, but also a passionate advocate for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Throughout his career, Ben has been dedicated to advising and representing borrowers, lenders, real estate developers, and investors in various transactions. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business agreements, commercial leasing, franchise rights, and cannabis industry-related ventures and investments.

Ben's practice is focused on helping entrepreneurs and small business owners achieve their financial goals. He is particularly skilled in structuring and forming business entities, as well as representing multi-unit legacy brand restaurant operators. In 2021 alone, he served as lead counsel for buyers and sellers in numerous acquisitions and divestitures exceeding $200,000,000. In addition to his work in commercial transactions, Ben is also a seasoned litigator. He is skilled in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, quiet title, and like-kind exchanges. He has represented clients in connection with significant wind and solar farm developments, oil and gas mergers, and saltwater disposal wells in the Bakken oil and gas field in North Dakota.
